Terms and Conditions
Please read the
following terms and conditions carefully. By signing this document, you agree
to abide by all the terms outlined below.
1.
Booking & Payment
-A deposit is required to secure your
booking. Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before the event.
-Payment can be made via bank transfer
or online via our website.
2. Safety
Rules
- Adult supervision is required at all
times during the use of soft play equipment.
- No food, drinks, face paint, glitter
or sharp objects are allowed in the play area.
- No shoes on the equipment
- Equipment is designed for children
aged 0-5 years only.
- All Balls must be returned to the ball
bag before pick up
3.
Liability
- Hills Party Hire is not liable for any
injuries or accidents that occur during the rental period.
- The customer assumes full
responsibility for the safety and supervision of children using the equipment.
4.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days
before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of
the event will forfeit the deposit.
5.
Equipment Care
- Equipment must be returned in the same
condition as received.
-Any damage, loss or excessive cleaning
required of equipment will be charged to the customer via a deduction from the
bond.
6.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days
before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of
the event will forfeit the deposit.
- In case of extreme weather or
unforeseen circumstances, Hills Party Hire may offer a reschedule or partial
refund at its discretion.
- All cancellations must be communicated
in writing via email or text message.
7.
Liability Waiver
- By signing this agreement, the
customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the use of soft
play equipment.
- Hills Party Hire shall not be held
responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the
rental period.
- The customer agrees to indemnify and
hold harmless Hills Party Hire from any claims arising from the use of the
equipment.
- It is the responsibility of the
customer to always ensure proper supervision and adherence to safety guidelines.
